This the privacy policy for the Black Peach Group, which comprises Black Peach X Pty Ltd, Black Peach Touring Pty Ltd, Summertime Series Pty Ltd and any of our other subsidiaries or related companies as notified to you from time to time. We are committed to protecting your privacy when managing your personal information.

   1. “Black Peach”, “we”, “us” or “our” means the Black Peach Group comprising the entities listed above, or any one of them as the context dictates;

Personal information and sensitive information

1. We collect personal information, such as:
2. your personal details (e.g. your name, gender and date of birth);
3. your contact details (e.g. address, phone number and email address);
4. information about your interests and preferences, including your online activity and behaviours; and
5. any other information you provide to us or that we receive from a third party. As examples, this might include:

   2. if you apply for a role with us, a copy of your CV and any verification or supporting documentation or references you provide; and

7. We do not generally collect sensitive information, such as racial or ethnicity information, political opinions or associations, criminal records or health information, unless this is incidentally provided to us.

Unsolicited information

Where unsolicited information is received by us (such as through our social media pages) we will determine, within a reasonable period of time, whether or not we would be permitted to collect the information under the APPs. If collection is not permitted, we will destroy the information or ensure it is de-identified as soon as practicable. Otherwise, we may retain the information in accordance with the terms of this policy.

1. We may collect information about visitors to any websites which are owned, operated or under the control of the Black Peach Group (each, a “website”), such as:
2. statistical information about the number of visitors and the date, time and duration of visits;
3. the domain/URL from which a visitor accesses our websites; and
4. the visitor’s internet protocol (IP) address.
5. We do not collect information about the identity of the visitors to our websites, unless they voluntarily provide that information. However, from time to time, it is possible that the above information may be reasonably capable of identifying you and, where this is the case, we will treat it as personal information in accordance with the terms of this policy.
